2019 GMP Assessment - Special Meeting Request Petition (Mulberry Park Subdivision)
The Issue
This petition is for ALL residents of Mulberry Park.
Included areas: Regency, Charleston, Township: Streets-Bald Cypress, White Walnut, Beech, Grand Hickory, Blue Ash, Red Mulberry, White Spruce, Silk Tree, Lexington Court, Rushmore Circle including Riverbend and Townhomes sections.
This does not include residents of Creekside at Mulberry Park.
The Board of Directors for Mulberry Park Community Association, Inc. (i.e. the Mulberry Park HOA) have announced a $565 General Mulberry Park Assessment for the included Mulberry Park areas listed above.
We, as residents of the Mulberry Park community, respectfully request a special meeting for the Board of Directors to reconsider the $565 General Mulberry Park Assessment in relation to the budget for 2019. During this meeting, all Mulberry Park residents will be given the opportunity to vote against budgeted line items as they are currently presented (see link below).

In order for this meeting to occur, at least 20% of the 751 Mulberry Park homes must be represented on this petition. In essence, we need 150 electronic signatures that include ALL of the following information in the Comments Section at the bottom of this page:
- Homeowner's full name,
- Homeowner's street address within Mulberry Park,
- Homeowner's contact phone number, AND
- Homeowner's contact email address
If any of the above information is missing, your vote is considered incomplete and will not be considered.
