Women have the right to know that they are going to be safe and that their driver has been properly screened before getting into a cab.  In January of 2012 I was sexually assaulted by a Sassy's Cab (owned by Broadway Cab) employee, a man previously convicted of fenlony domestic assault, and it is my feeling that Broadway Cab needs to acknowledge and accept responsibility for how their hiring and supervision policies contributed to this incident happening. By knowingly hiring drivers with these types of offenses in their criminal history they are actively putting their customers at risk.  Let Broadway Cab know that this is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  Ask Broadway Cab to keep violent and sexual offenders out of the driver's seat and help keep patrons safe!
