 At last night's finance meeting, Weston Town councillors agreed to refer the Council of Sanctuary proposal to the full council meeting in September for a final decision.

Our petition asks the council to find ways to work with our community to make Weston compassionate and welcoming; whatever the decision on becoming a Council of Sanctuary. It's crucial that councillors see that the Weston community has a kind side - so please continue to share our petition.
