We had a hearing this week, and the City of Elmhurst's verdict is that we have to take down the hoop house by the end of February. We are still working to amend the code and are inviting any of you who can attend to come to the February 6th City Council meeting to please do so. This time, we will stay for both the public speaking portion @ 7:30 or so, & the Council discussion portion afterwards to hear the discussion on the hoop house ordinance possibilities. Please be available to stay until 9 or 9:30 if possible.
