Hoop houses provide a wonderful opportunity for people to extend their growing season.  Anyone who wishes to do this should be allowed to on their own property insofar as they are not causing measurable problems (drainage, noise, odor, etc...) for their immediate neighbors.  

Our family uses the hoop house to get a big jump on the season in the spring.  People should be supported in growing their own food as much of the year as they care to do so.
