Bad news in Santa Claus. Repeat Violent Child Sex Offender and drug dealers. Property owner getting paid by State to rent to felons, more for violent felons. Said he didn't know, yet doesn't want to talk to anyone about it, won't answer phone calls, has been caught lurking around outside of his rental properties at night, caught several times, super creepy, has children of his own. Too many families with children in this town. This cannot be allowed whatsoever. The parents here are livid. Absolutely ridiculous. This needs to be rectified ASAP. There are child care centers and schools in every direction, campground and a Theme Park... Within 750ft of a playground that's on private property so it's legally considered private, but the establishment says anyone can use it, therefore making it free to use by the public, i.e. public playground! Please help us fix this. This town receives tens of thousands of families and school groups every year. We have to stop this now before it gets any worse.
