We, the undersigned residents and members of the Watertown community, are asking for the annual Watertown Christmas Parade to be kept alive.

The Christmas Parade is more than just a parade. It is a cherished community tradition that brings families together and, most importantly, brings joy to our children during the holiday season.

For many kids, seeing the floats, lights, Christmas characters, marching bands, and Santa coming down the street is a magical part of Christmas. These are the memories they will carry with them for years to come.

We understand that organizing an annual parade comes with challenges and costs. However, we believe there are ways for our community to come together, find solutions, and preserve this special tradition.

Please don't take this tradition away from our children.

Let's come together as a community and find a way to keep the Watertown Christmas Parade going for this generation and the generations that follow.
