How many lanes will there be?

I’ve just gone down Queens Drive and realised both sides of the carriageway are now single lanes, not just the southbound side as previously mentioned. I’m not sure whether this is just temporary or if this is how the toucan crossing will be. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see
