Questions without any answers

 If there is a hard-set rule on the number of people for a free celebration/gathering, what are the hard-set numbers that support that rule?  Tell me what numbers we need to abide by for a free celebration. Not opinionated assumptions. Tell me the actual number. Four or five years ago the zoning board sent us a letter about a structure on our property. We discussed with the board member and immediately corrected the issue. NOT ONCE was it mentioned to get a permit. Why would this have not been addressed several years ago when the zoning board was AT THE HAUNT! Why can we not get any answers?
