FYI: This was Caru's Transcendental Tuesday talk this morning (which is a very great talk btw) but he mentions a bit more about this issue in the first few minutes of the video. It seems it is a very small minority of neighbors advocating for the festival to move, so just letting the city officials know why you love it and would like to see it remain at West Stadium in 2023 would be the best approach!
