Keep Ruth and Steve Futrell as owners of Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Farmville NC.  The cemetery is about to come out of recievership into Ruth and Steve's names. Ruth and Steve have spent tireless hours cleaning out the debris and rubbish that the previous owners allowed to occur on the cemetery premises. They have assisted customers in purchasing markers/headstones for families that had their money stolen. And, continue to fight for those families to get what they were due either in court or at the commission level.  The cemetery looks so much better since they have taken over.  Tireless personal monies and time have been used to keep the cemetery running right down to the tools that are needed to keep a cemetery in working order.  The office is running as smoothly as possible and they are available to help families in their time of need.  Ruth and Steve also give back to the community to which Crestlawn serves.  They care about their customers and should be allowed to finally receive the cemetery in their names.  The paperwork to put the cemetery into both their names has been in the NC Cemetery Commission office for over a year.  After devoting two years of their life, this month, the cemetery is finally about to come out of receivership and now someone else has put their name into the hat. Let's keep the owners of the cemetery in the hands of someone who is from our community and for out community. Help us keep Ruth and Steve Futrell as owners of Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
