My name is Aly Coles, and as the director of Roommate Rumble, I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact it has had not only on me but on countless individuals at Ithaca College. This show has been more than a weekly broadcast; it is a cherished tradition and a vibrant community that fosters creativity, collaboration, and camaraderie among students.

For years, Roommate Rumble has been a platform where students from all corners of the campus come together to create something extraordinarily fun and meaningful. Week after week, I have seen the incredible commitment and enthusiasm of our cast and crew, who have not only worked hard but have found joy and purpose in being part of this unique project. The show’s cancellation would not just mean the end of a television program; it would signify the disbandment of a community that many of us hold dear.

Roommate Rumble provides participants with invaluable experience in television production, teamwork, and creative thinking, skills that are essential in today’s world.
