With the weekend coming to a close and our petition still being less than a week old we have amassed over 550 signatures!

This is incredible, and I can’t thank everyone who has signed, shared, and donated enough. You’re all taking the time to defend something you love and care about in your community, and that is commendable, and amazing!

Mayor Smiley already started to talk back on some of his proposed changes, and that’s great, but it’s not enough! 

We need to continue sharing the petition and getting more signatures, we need to really make the voice of Rhode Island heard, or he is going to continue his plan to ruin PVDFest. 

Let’s put a lot of pressure on this week, last night we got two new donors to the petition, which makes the next couple days GREAT days to share the petition!

I believe we can reach 1000 signatures over the next 2 days if everyone who’s signed shares again, and if we could gain at least 5 new $2 donors to the petition! 

Continue to fight, continue to share, continue the community! It’s been a beautiful things to see us all coming together, don’t stop now!
