Despite this petition receiving over 10,000 signatures against the ridiculous plastics manufacturing proposal, it seems as though both the business operators and the Shire plan to keep moving forward.

A letter has been posted out to all objectors (strangely I received another objectors letter within the same envelope as mine, wonder if there is strategy behind that 🤔) inviting us to attend a 'Planning Application Conference' at the Council Chambers (2 Queen St, Mornington) on March 13 from 4pm to 5pm. The Shire are requesting an RSVP by midday 11 March.

The more the merrier I say and think this is a great opportunity to show the communities thoughts towards this stupiditiy.
