Is FREE PARKING the only acceptable option now?

Michelle Ingram has a petition out, which I have signed, suggesting a compromise to Angus Council. To agree a compromise needs the council to be REASONABLE and LISTEN. Sign Michelle's petition and this one too - someone will get through to the council eventually - just hope it's before Angus closes for business altogether.
