Because We want TV/Streaming and Cinema grow stronger than Netflix and Disney.

So, Paramount Skydance and WBD Merger wasn't harm Competition, Consumers and Hollywood.

They're stay them same as everywhere.

Paramount and Warner Bros did launch CW since 2006

any program produced by WB did aired on Paramount TV Networks including CBS and Nickelodeon.

And They didn't harm anything at all.
