On The Hill Gallery is the retail arm of of Yorktown Arts Foundation, a 501c3 organization) in Historic Yorktown, Virginia. For nearly 10 years, local artists have shown and sold their work in the gallery, children have enjoyed art classes and summer camps, and visitors have purchased keepsakes of their time in Yorktown.

As an artist, I have shown my work here for the last nine years. The other artists, Yorktown Arts Foundation leadership and visitors have helped me to learn and grow as an artist.

The Gallery has been a concession of the National Park Service (NPS), located in Burcher Cottage. The concession agreement is coming to a close, and since 2023 Gallery leadership have attempted to negotiate a new lease to remain in the building. Their efforts were rebuffed, and on March 15, representatives of the NPS delivered documents ordering On The Hill Gallery to vacate by June 15.
