Nik has been such an important part of our Flower Child family at Desert Ridge. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and puts a lot of effort into making sure everyone feels welcome, supported, and appreciated.

Over the past six months, we’ve gone through a lot of changes in management, and honestly, it’s been difficult for the team. With so many transitions happening in such a short amount of time, it’s affected the consistency and morale of our workplace. Through all of that, Nik has been someone we could rely on. She has been a steady presence for the team and has continued to make sure employees feel heard and valued.

What makes Nik different is that she truly cares about her staff. She doesn’t just manage people — she takes the time to get to know them, listen to them, and support them. Her leadership has made a real difference in the way our team works together and the environment we have at Desert Ridge.

Losing Nik as our manager after everything our team has already been through would be extremely difficult. She has built relationships with both employees and guests and has become a huge part of what makes our location feel like a team.

We believe keeping Nik in her position would give our team the stability and consistency we really need. She has shown how much she cares about this location and the people who work here, and we believe that should be recognized.

We’re asking Flower Child corporate  to please consider the impact that removing Nik from her position would have on our team. She means a lot to the employees at Desert Ridge, and we truly believe our location is better because of her leadership.
