We, the undersigned parents, guardians, family members, and supporters of the Maryvale Elementary School community, are writing to express our strong support for Mrs. Senay Gebre Ripley and to respectfully advocate for her to remain at Maryvale Elementary School.

Mrs. Ripley has become an irreplaceable part of the daily life and culture of Maryvale. Her dedication to students, families, and staff goes far beyond the expectations of her role. She brings professionalism, efficiency, compassion, and consistency to an environment that depends heavily on trust, communication, and strong relationships.

For many families, the front office sets the tone for the entire school experience, and Mrs. Ripley has consistently created an atmosphere that is welcoming, calm, organized, and supportive. She is someone parents know they can turn to for guidance, answers, reassurance, and help.
