Mrs. Hala is not just a principal to our school community — she is a leader mentor counselor and constant source of support for every student. She goes far beyond the responsibilities of a normal principal by making sure students have every opportunity to succeed both academically and personally. From helping students sign up for CCP classes and guiding them through college planning to finding funding and resources for programs and student needs she consistently puts students first.

She is the person students go to for advice encouragement and support during difficult times. Many students see her as not only a principal but also an advisor and counselor because she always listens and genuinely cares about our futures. Whether it is helping students with schedules finding solutions to problems supporting school events or making sure students have what they need to succeed Mrs. Hala always shows up for us.

Her dedication has helped shape a stronger more connected school community where students feel safe valued and motivated. Losing Mrs. Hala would mean losing someone who has worked tirelessly to improve opportunities for students and make our school feel like a family. This petition is to show how much she means to us and why we believe she deserves to stay. Thank you for reading we really hope this can make a change because we don't just want her we need her.
 

One of the most important things about Mrs. Hala is that she never lets anything go unnoticed whether it is something positive or something negative. She pays attention to every student and every situation which makes everyone feel seen and heard. If a problem happens she is always fair with punishments and takes the time to listen to both sides of the story instead of making assumptions or judging too quickly. She believes in understanding the full situation before making decisions and that shows how much she truly cares about her students. Her fairness honesty and ability to treat everyone equally are a huge part of why students respect and trust her so much.

Mrs Hala is not only a principal. She works tirelessly as a role model, counselor, and even CCP advisor. She puts her students first despite her busy life and home commitments. She doesn't scare her students into behaving- she inspires them to work by their own accord. She sets up all her students for success by encouraging them to enroll in CCP and instilling morals in them. Thank you for hearing us out!
