Hello, everyone. As many of you may know, Mr. Janke is resigning from teaching here at the high school. It was a good run, and the support for this petition was greatly appreciated by everyone involved. It makes Mr. Janke smile knowing he has so many people who care for him and want him as their teacher.

     But unfortunately, this is how things turned out. It isn't the end, though.
Be sure to support local movements such as this one, it can really make a difference.

     Initially, when I first made this petition, I fully expected it to barely scratch 100 signatures. I was completely shocked (in a good way) to see that we had already exceeded that within the first day. To look back at it again, on the last day of school, and see 465 signatures is an amazing feeling. If we were able to do more, perhaps the outcome could've been different. 

     Again, thank you all for your support. We're only going to fight harder next time!
