Access to Mounjaro in the UK is broken.

On the NHS, you have to jump through impossible hoops and already be seriously unwell before you qualify. Privately, you can get it with just a high BMI, but it already costs a fortune, and now prices are set to rise even higher.

This isn’t fair. This isn’t sustainable.

Mounjaro can transform lives, prevent serious illness, and save the NHS money in the long run — but there’s no fair system for affordable, ongoing treatment. People are being forced to stop even when it’s working.

We demand that the manufacturer, the NHS, and the UK Government:

Freeze private prices and scrap the planned hikes.

Fix NHS access rules so patients can get it before they become seriously ill.

Create an affordable lifelong maintenance plan for those who need it.

It shouldn’t matter how much money you have, where you live, or how many illnesses you’ve racked up before anyone helps you.
