Please sign this petition to help keep manor primary school open , the council are trying to merge manor with hillside , despite hillside already being in talks about becoming an academy. Manor is financially viable despite being a small school , all the children and the parents love the school and is very much part of the community. The estate does not have good public transport facilities and this  would make it difficult for people who already struggle, to access this school should they merge . Statistics also  prove that children do better in smaller classrooms, and it would  be more beneficial for the children's welfare and educational needs  to stay as it is . There is another committe meeting on the 9th may , and we just want to be able to have our say please show support and  sign the petition and help our school to stay open .
