     Louisiana State University unfortunately believes that having a live tiger inside of Tiger Stadium is no different than Mike’s enclosure being outside of it. They are completely wrong. The sound inside versus outside is actually different. Believe it or not, it is muffled and not as loud as being actually inside of the stadium.

     This tradition was stopped in 2016 as numerous animal rights organizations told them how inhumane and cruel it was to bring a wild, solitary animal into a rowdy and stressful environment. Landry has no real reason to bring back this tradition other than to brag and an innocent animal shouldn’t be his pawn in that.

     Please sign this petition in hopes that we can present it to LSU to make the smart and EDUCATED choice to not put an animal in harms way for a terrible tradition that should stay discontinued.
