Its been 3 years since we started our Campaign and we now have over 8,000 signatures on this petition which shows the strength of feeling in our local community,

We are now getting ready to present our case to the Mayor of London - -and it IS a very strong case!

One of the key issues of concern is contamination. When Ballymore starts digging up the old  gasworks site, toxic gas and dust will be released into the atmosphere exposing residents and their children to Benzene, Naphthalene, Cyanide and Asbestos with serious health impacts.

This airborne contamination will also result in devastating environmental impacts to the ecology of Kensal Green Cemetery.,

For this reason it is vital that we raise funds to pay for a top barrister to present our legal case to the Mayor of London and ensure RBKC and Ballymore adopt vital safety protocols to protect Public Health and the Environment,

We are confident we have a very strong case  in Environmental law but its vital that we reach our target of £20,000 to  make this happen
