We have just learnt that Ballymore will be submitting a HYBRID planning application to RBKC next week.

A HYBRID plan means they are ONLY submitting details about the new Sainsbury's and just an OUTLINE for the rest of the development.

Instead of ensuring the whole site is decontaminated before work begins, this means they will be working on a "Plot by Plot" basis and only submit details about their development plan as and when they are ready. 

HOW DO RESIDENTS KNOW WHAT THE DEVELOPMENT WILL LOOK LIKE?

We have been advised by a lawyer that we have a strong case against RBKC who should have informed residents about the HYBRID scheme from DAY 1 of the Consultation process and should now ask for a whole new consultation process.
