Ken Register the kidnapping, rapist, murderer that actually had anal sex with his dead victim after he stabbed her over 30 times is up for parole again.  We do not want to ever see this happen to anyone else but if he gets out it will!  Please sign this petition to keep him in jail!  We will share it with the department of probation.  Please include your feelings in the comments so they can read every one of them!
