Keep James in his home - council to evict grieving son within 4 weeks of Dad's death.

The Issue

On the 15th of March Stuart Hollamby passed away suddenly at his Marden home at the young age of 54 years old.

For 13 years he and his son James (28) whom Stuart raised as a single father from just 1 year old, have lived in the same council home, rented through Golding Homes.

Golding Homes are now adamant in following protocol, and plan to evict James in no more than 4 weeks.

This may even be before the funeral has taken place.

Leaving the family with not only the devastating task of organising a funeral for their beloved father, but to now also empty and leave their family home where so many family memories were made.

We are now petitioning to keep James in the home he has grown up in, which his father has paid rent on for over a decade and James himself has shared responsibility for, for the whole of his adult life.

We want Golding Homes to pass a succession of tennancy to James - please help us achieve this.
