Video: Cali Overs Speaking at the Surprise City Council Meeting on 03/03/26

Last night, I spoke at the Surprise City Council meeting in opposition of the ICE detention center. As of tonight, Mayor Sartor and the rest of the Council still have not responded to my email requests for a meeting to discuss student safety and student rights. I emailed them on February 28th and reminded them again at the meeting that they still haven't replied back. Students have a right to know how our leaders plan to protect us.
