Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) February Legal YouTube update

In this YouTube update our legal advisor Chris Geyde covers the KWGS proceedings against GHCC2016 and the Liquidation outcome of the High Court hearing on 05 February 2025. He explains the subsequent actions that are being taken. Chris goes on to discuss the Bankruptcy case brought by the Bank of New Zealand against Greg Olliver and how that is progressing through the Courts. Finally, he explains the Class Action that we are filing against Long River Investments Corporation and the reasons behind this initiative.
