Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) releases New YouTube Video

Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) has today launched a YouTube video on our KWGS Channel to better inform both current supporters and a wider audience of concerns about the future of Green Space on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula, the closure of the Gulf Harbour Country Club (GHCC) and golf course and its impact on local businesses and the wider community.

Values seem to be sliding around a lot at the moment. The economic climate means we are in a season of consolidation and the feel-good factor of assets quickly appreciating in value has slowed and maybe stalled for some. This KWGS Video looks at those kind of values but also asks the question of fundamental values and whether the scenario playing out at the far end of our community at the Gulf Harbour Country Club is really the Kiwi way?
