Delaware's new Massage Establishment Licensing Law includes regulations imposed by the Division of Public Health. These regulations are UNWORKABLE and IMPRACTICAL. They seem perhaps designed for medical massage therapy, but not for general massage, and as such, most massage establishments would fail to meet these standards. Please join us, the Delaware Massage Professionals, in the fight to make the regulations workable! These proposed regulations were released to the public on April 1, 2018, and comments may be made up until May 4, 2018.
