David Baszucki has been a major part of Roblox since its early days and has helped guide the platform through years of growth and change.

Under his leadership, Roblox has grown from a small online platform into a massive global community where millions of people can play games, create experiences, build businesses, learn new skills, and connect with others.

Roblox is more than just a gaming platform. It has become a place where developers can turn their ideas into real experiences and where players can discover something new every day. The creativity and opportunities available on Roblox would not be possible without the people who helped build and develop the platform over the years.

There are certainly areas where Roblox can improve. Safety, moderation, communication, and the overall experience for players and creators should always continue to be improved. However, these challenges do not mean that leadership should simply be removed. Instead, we should encourage continued progress, listen to the community, and work toward practical solutions.

David Baszucki has continued to lead Roblox through major changes and has helped establish many of the systems and opportunities that make the platform what it is today. Keeping experienced leadership while continuing to improve the platform can provide stability while allowing Roblox to move forward.

The Roblox community is made up of millions of players, developers, creators, and families. Everyone has a role in making the platform better. Constructive feedback, better communication, stronger safety measures, and continued innovation can help Roblox become an even better place for everyone.

Rather than focusing only on criticism, we should recognize the progress that has already been made and encourage Roblox to keep improving.

Keep David Baszucki as CEO.
Keep building.
Keep improving.
Keep Roblox moving forward. ❤️
