I was Coach White's first-ever honor student, and I owe so much of who I am today to her unwavering support and dedication. She pushed me to strive for excellence, not just in my studies, but in life as well. Coach White is more than just a teacher; she is a mentor and a friend who listens and truly understands her students' emotions. She provides a safe and nurturing environment, enabling us to grow as individuals. Her ability to connect with her students is unparalleled, and losing her would be a great loss to Chaparral High School.

Coach White has been instrumental in starting the African American studies program, enriching our curriculum and broadening the perspectives of many students. This program has opened doors to meaningful conversations and insights into African American history and culture, essential in today's diverse society. She has always gone beyond her call of duty, inspiring countless students to appreciate their heritage and foster inclusivity.

As the Head Track Coach, Coach White has guided our track team to triumphs through hard work and determination. Her encouragement and belief in her athletes have not only led to individual successes but have also developed a strong team spirit amongst us. Under her leadership, we have achieved recognition and victories that would have seemed impossible without her.

Removing Coach White would mean removing a pillar of support and change from chaparral High School. We cannot afford to lose someone who has contributed so much to the academic and personal development of her students. It is essential for the growth and well-being of the student community to retain educators like her, who genuinely care and make a real difference.
