Members of the Ciccotti Center were notified by email that all hard copy Guest Passes will expire on May 31, 2023.  Members paid as much as $15.00 each for each Guest Pass.  All Guest Passes were printed and sold by the Ciccotti Center with no expiration date.  Ciccotti Center plans to implement a new Guest Pass plan and policy, where passes are issued electronically with a defined expiration date. Members respect the Ciccotti Center’s decision to implement a new policy and system.  However, Members have been offered zero alternatives, reimbursement or compensation for their losses, created by the cancellation of legacy paper passes. 

Due to the 2020 COVID pandemic and subsequent closings and restrictions the Ciccotti Center stopped accepting guests, AND Guest Passes and did not allow the use of any Guest Pass until May 16, 2022. 

This petition is intended to raise awareness of this unfair business practice, and to provide Members with a chance to support a request to make the Ciccotti Center CHANGE the Guest Pass cancellation plan, by reimbursing members for the cost of the Guest Passes, or extending use of existing paper Guest Passes through December 31, 2024.
