Carlos’ & His Family's Fight for Justice: CBSA Delays, But We Won’t Back Down

Jan 15, 2025

Dear Supporters,

We’ve just learned that Carlos and his family's scheduled interview with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on January 15, 2025, has been cancelled. While this may offer a brief moment of relief, it’s not the resolution Carlos and his children need or deserve—it’s simply a delay.

This is a critical moment to show that we stand with Carlos, Carlos Jr., Jasly Fernanda, and Alexa Paulina. Delays cannot replace justice, and we must continue to amplify their story. Carlos has fought tirelessly to provide safety and stability for his children, and now it’s our turn to fight for him.

Here’s how you can help:

  1. Sign the Petition: If you haven’t already, please add your name to show your support.
  2. Share Carlos & His Family's Story: Spread the word on social media, in your community, and with friends and family. Every signature and share brings us closer to justice.
  3. Contact Their Local MP: Let them know that Carlos and his children deserve to stay in Canada. Urge them to step in and advocate for his case:

Chad Collins, MP Hamilton East - Stoney Creek, ON
    chad.collins@parl.gc.ca
    Telephone:
    905-662-4763
    Fax: 905-662-2285
    Address:
    2-42 King Street East
    Stoney Creek, ON
    L8G 1K1

This isn’t just a fight for one family—it’s a fight for compassion, fairness, and doing what’s right. Together, we can send a powerful message to CBSA: justice cannot wait.

Thank you for your continued support and unwavering solidarity. Let’s keep pushing until Carlos and his family have the safety and security they deserve.

Be well,
Melissa Rolston
