Brianne Sanchez has been offered a Dean position at South Seattle College. Brianne has been an enormous asset to NSC for over 15 years and is VITAL to the success of Student Services. Brianne's leadership, particularly recently during the covid pandemic, has kept things running and functional in a time where it is very doubtful it could have survived. Brianne possesses a knowledge and understanding of higher education that would be a tremendous loss to NSC should she leave.

We feel that, since her responsibilities at NSC mirror that of a Dean position (if not outweigh them), Brianne should be offered a Dean position at NSC as well to keep her in her current duties. Please help us convey to the leadership at NSC how important Brianne is to our college, our workplace, and to our community.
