For the past nine years, Liverpool left-back Andrew Robertson has given everything to the club. He has won nine trophies with Liverpool, revolutionizing the left-back role, and has given countless Liverpool fans a relatable figure in the club, as well as a sense of belief.

Yet, partially due to head coach Arne Slot's continuous benching, FSG are willing to sell Robertson to a Premier League rival. To sell a veteran and vice-captain of the club at only 31 years old is nonsensical, especially when Liverpool have cried out for defensive cover this season. In a squad full of young players, some of whom have never played in the Premier League before, a mature, experienced head such as Robertson is essential.

Liverpool fans should not going to take this lying down. We've seen what fan voices and impact can do to bring change to a club. FSG, sporting directors Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes, and Arne Slot have made several questionable decisions this season, but we can prevent this one from happening.
