Albury Councillors listened and voted on Monday to keep the pool open over winter 2026. 

This decision aligned with the Aquatic communities petition and the community members who spoke on our behalf at the council meeting.

The Aquatic community values all year round access to aquatics, however next year winter is not yet budgeted for.

We need the community to come together with ideas for Aquatic operational savings, funding ideas /grants , sponsorship, business partnerships and community fundraising.

Please send your ideas to the Aquatic advisory group community representatives  so we can pool these ideas together.
