When we walk into a steam room, we come in to sit or lie down, to stretch, and to relax. We come in hoping that the floor, benches and walls are clean, but if not, that we can easily reach for a hose to wash it away.

Since you removed the hose we have walked into the steam room to snot on the benches and on the floor, people spitting on the floor, and a very bad smell, sometimes almost like that of sewage. It has become hard to find a clean spot to sit down at and no one wants to lie down anymore. Sometimes even just walking in is too much. The ground is always dirty, specially later in the day. Do your loyal members not deserve a more hygienic steam room?
