Meeting with the Governor of Kaş

We had a very positive meeting with the new Governor of Kaş recently and he promised to pass on this petition with all your comments to the Mayor, with whom have still not been able to meet. However, yet again, a few residents and businesses have sent their own petition to the Mayor asking for more dogs to be removed from the centre of Kalkan. Through homing, removals and an epidemic of distemper that sadly killed over 20 dogs this winter, there are now fewer dogs on the streets of Kakan than there have been for many years, but still a small group of people are trying their best to rid Kalkan of all it's resident dogs!!
