A Lawsuit has been filed against Katy ISD for implementing a Mask Mandate to protect its students and teachers to the extent that it can.

Please sign this petition to maintain the Mask Mandate in all KISD Schools. 

The cases at most Katy ISD Schools are only steadily rising, and will most definitely dramatically increase if the current Mask Mandate is lifted.

The parents that filed this lawsuit claim that the masks "harm the children" and that the the mask mandate "does not prevent the spread of COVID-19 and violates parental authority to determine their minor child's medical treatment".  (Courtesy of ABC13 News)
