Justice for Libre...Lancaster County SPCA Director, Susan Martin, NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!
The Issue
Pennsylvania Attorney General, Kathleen G. Kane, PLEASE, everyone who has signed this petition, are begging you to do something about Susan Martin, the Director at Lancaster County SPCA. She needs to step down or be fired IMMEDIATELY for not doing her job, for not actually investigating the purely disgusting neglect of a 12 week old puppy who's been named Libre who was neglected to the point of near death by breeders at an Amish Farm in Lancaster County. The puppys mother was surrendered by the breeder to the SPCA 4 days after the puppy was surrendered to a local produce delivery driver, after the driver contacted Ms. Martin of the terrible condition this puppy was in, yet she did nothing! The puppy was the given to Speranza Rescue so that it could receive The medical attn he needed. The mother dog was said to be in horrible condition also, yet Susan Martin claimed that there was no evidence following the investigation she "supposedly" did, to show any sort of neglect on the breeders part! There's many, many discrepancies in Ms. Martin's press release and all can be proved to be wrong. Please look into this case and do the right thing for this poor puppy, Libre, his mother, and any future animals handled by the Lancaster County SPCA. Libre deserves justice!!!!
