Owners and Residents of 62 Wellesley St. West, and 1000 Bay will be affected by the proposed Daniels development at 95 St. Joseph St.

A development of 39 storey and 15 storey buildings will overwhelm the site, obliterate the Heritage Value of the Ernest Cormier- designed building, impact area and laneway transportation. In addition it will add another 800+ residents to the neighbourhood, and will impact the city services (sewer, water, etc.) due to the proposed depth of the project into the water table.

We the undersigned ask that the City Planning Department take these concerns seriously as they review this planning application.
