John James Roper was accused of “raping” a girl Who testified against him a year later. A year later with zero evidence to prove his guilt besides “she said, he said,” he lost the court battle and has been sentenced to time in prison. This girl has accused other people in the past for raping her and then later took back to judgment. It say something when everyone that knows of the situation sides with JJ and defends him with 100% confidence. 

an anonymous girl came forward and said her personal experience with a white man, a very vivid description of what he did to her. She had proof on her body, she had all the evidence. She was scared and embarrassed to come forward. But she did, she asked for justice against this predator. This man had family in the DA that helped him leave innocent. This man this monster served ZERO time in jail and has a clean record STILL to this day. 

this is just one example of how corrupt this system of things is. The justice system only serves justice for those with money, power, connections. JJ, with zero evidence against him got sentenced like there was multiple evidence to prove him guilty. There was none. 

JJ has no family in the DA. He is a African American man who lost his mother in high school. He only has his younger siblings to defend his back. He didn’t get a valid lawyer and his constitutional rights were taken without right. South Albany high school students have your back completely. We got to experience his kindness and motivating energy. JJ Was in charge of school pep assemblies, he organized events for his school. He was so close to everyone including teachers, staff and his peers. We will not stand silent against racial injustice. 
 
please re-evaluate this case and fight to prove and save a black mans reputation and life.
