Please close the lawsuit (in the Circuit Court of Oregon for the county of Multnomah Case No. 19CV41451) against pastor Vasiliy Vakulskiy. First this pastor had to defend our church from hostile takeover and when that attempt to remove pastor and to takeover church failed the “Plaintiffs” opened lawsuit trying to remove pastor through the court so they can takeover church. It’s a fraudulent lawsuit case based on fraudulent claim by Plaintiffs that they are “board of directors”, even though they were NEVER in position of directors. They are trying to derail the pastor and even lied to the judge in order to add church to a lawsuit. We as members of the church can’t stand by silently but we have no voice in the lawsuit, while this small group of people is harassing our pastor and dragging him to courts.
