My aim is to hold accountable, person/s found to be responsible for the abuse and neglect of any animal and to be placed on a blacklist so they may never be allowed to own a pet or animal again. 

Time and time again, we hear of repeat offenders of animal abuse and neglect having their pet removed, only to go out and acquire other pet/s which are also neglected and abused. 

This type of cruelty needs to be stopped and I feel the only way to protect future animals from this type of cruel ownership is for our government to create a national blacklist register whereby any animal rescue or shelter, RSPCA, Veterinarian clinic or police can report and add the names, date and details of proven abuse of those responsible.
