Sign this petition to urge the chief justice of the  Karnataka High Court not to                        assign Justice Dixit cases involving rape allegations

On June 23, Judge Krishna S. Dixit stated that "the explanation offered by the complainant that after the perpetration of the act she was tired and fell asleep , is unbecoming of an Indian woman; that is not the way our women react when they are ravished" to justify granting the accused bail. This remark has been met with outrage by activists, law students, and concerned civilians alike, arguing that all Indian women can't possibly be expected to react similarly after sexual assault. Sign this petition to urge the chief justice of the  Karnataka High Court not to assign Justice Dixit cases involving rape allegations, due to his open display of belief in stereotypes and myths concerning the victims.
