India is fighting the second wave of the pandemic and the Government has announced that offline exams will be conducted. Even if students have better chances at recovering from Covid-19 and its new strains, their loved ones with comorbidities do not. Students already giving offline exams have tested positive, offline classes were conducted without ensuring that all Covid-19 precautions were followed, who's to say that this won't be the case when it comes to compulsory offline exams. This petition is to let the Karnataka Government know how terrifying this is for us students and how they must postpone till students gain access to vaccines or conduct online examinations.

Colleges that come under government-run universities like BCU, VTU, BU, etc have been dragging the admission and examination process due to their unwillingness to conduct exam online. Students could be promoted based on internal assessments if online exams aren't feasible.
