Due to growing of eucalyptus and akeshia trees the ground water level is depleting and no rainfall or drought situation in Hassan, Chickamagalur, Shivamogga, kodagu and Dakshina Kannada districts in Karnataka state.

Please ensure that the department remove all eucalyptus or akeshia trees and grow only Indian species trees to conserve ecological balance of the society.
